Instead of just relying on Stripe for payments across countries, Medium should sign up with local companies which work for that country.

Like in India we have a ton of options for payment processing and our payment solutions like UPI are far superior to Stripe.

But Medium will not solve this, recently I watched interview with Medium CEO Tony and @Zulie Rane in YouTube, and Tony doesn't want to solve this problem and he will leave this to Stripe and let Mediums partner program hang on the fate of Stripe rollouts.
